ROC extends annual levy 2022
The annual levy for 2022 has been extended. Previously the payment deadline was the 30th of June 2022 however in a recent announcement by the Registrar of Companies and official receiver (available in Greek) they informed the public that in fact the annual levy payment for 2022 will be extended to the 31st of December 2022 without any penalties imposed.
Even though the deadline for payment of the 2022 annual levy was last week in their announcement the ROC mentions that the effect of the law will be as of the 30th of June 2022.

How to pay the annual levy 2022
The last few years the Cyprus government has steadily moved to a digital infrastructure and the payment of the levy is no different. Similar to 2021 payments the use of JCC Smart in mandatory required.
Once you have created an account with JCC Smart you only need to find the relevant provider, input the serial number of the company (usually this starts with HE and then numbers1234567) and organize a once a year payment of €350.-
In the announcement the ROC also informed the public that from the 5th of July until the 11th of July payments of the annual levy may be made at the offices of the ROC in cash, credit card or check.
