Law restricting strikes for air controllers

Today the house of commons passed a law by invoking the procedure for urgent decision to disallow the continues and unregulated carrying on of strikes by the air traffic controllers.
The law comes as the Goverment’s answer towards the air traffic controllers continues strikes which hijacked the inbound and outbound flights to the two main airports of Cyprus.
The law comes to place restrictions on the air traffic controllers rights to strike by requiring them to limit themselves to once a week and which will not effect more than 8 flights each time. The law further allows the air traffic controllers to carry on a strike in both airports continuously.
I have not reviewed the relevant law however it may be that the information in the law is different than this post.
Thank you for your time.
