Please consider double tax treaty if applicable Cyprus – Poland double tax treaty provides specific provision for ‘Directors Fees’.
Said person is not a Cyprus Tax Resident or appears not be one hence social insurance contributions, income tax and the rest should not apply – I would recomend you consider the relevant double tax treaty and the overall structure and purpose of this Director!

Hi Harris.
Please advise whether a compensation to a foreign resident appointed a director of a Cyprus Limited Liability Company who used to visit Cyprus to attend the Board meetings only – less than 20 days a year in aggregate – , payable by the Company is subject to the social insurance contribution by Cyprus Law.
