In accordance with the Geneva and The Hague Conventions and the EBCO (European Bureau for Conscientious Objection), to what extent are the patriarchal ancestry amendments legally valid? Since you are now exempted from military service if your mother is Cypriot but your father is not, would it not be binding to say that in the case of your father being Cypriot and your mother a foreign national that you should by law acquire some form of time benefits?
