About Harneys, Intertrust and an LLM
Well all, its been a few weeks since I last posted any updates or legal articles. I hope I haven’t lost my fan base 
During the past months (May – June) I have been very much involved with my masters. I have in total submitted five assignments. Four of them were unit assignments, meaning that they were required in order to reach up to the final assignment while the fifth was the final assignment itself. The final assignment was the most difficult and extensive.
We considered, amongst others, the procedures under the Uk listing rules for listing on the LSE, and the corporate governance code applicable to premium listings smaller than FTSE 350.
I’m happy to have completed another unit (Public Companies Practise) and look forward to receiving my results late next month.
Now I have to decide on the following and last module. I think I may chose between international arbitration practice, international corporate practice and international anti-trust practice, any recommendations are welcome.
In addition I have changed jobs. Basically I have left Harneys Cyprus and joined Intertrust as a relationship manager. We are currently opening the office in Limassol and it has been very challenging and demanding but at the same time tiring and time consuming.
I’ll try to update the blog frequently now that things are back to “normal”.
